Utilities & Services Infrastructure
Utilities and services infrastructure works are a critical part of civil engineering projects, supporting the delivery and operation of transport, industrial and urban developments.
Tuar Cost Consulting has experience supporting the installation, diversion and upgrade of utility infrastructure across projects in Ireland and the UK. These works typically include water, drainage, electrical, telecommunications and gas networks delivered as part of wider infrastructure schemes.
Utility works are often undertaken alongside live environments and require careful coordination between multiple stakeholders, service providers and project teams. Effective commercial management, cost control and procurement are essential to ensure works are delivered efficiently, safely and with minimal disruption.
Our experience working within Tier 1 contractor environments provides a strong understanding of the commercial and operational challenges involved in delivering complex utilities and services infrastructure projects.
